highly recommend registered air mail/ economy SAL or insured
EMS shipping, for the packages can be traced by the
tracking site immediatey. We can not take a responsibility
for lost or damaged items in case they were shipped without
postal registration.
We will post your items next
business days typically if we stock the items.
For our original items, such as bags or Jewelry, in case we
don't stock the items, we have to make them after your order.
It will take a few days.
Important!
We can not ship by unregistered post if your purchase value
is over 3,000
yen (including postage).
Please choose
registered air mail, registered SAL or EMS.
We will send you an invoice with registered airmail shipping
fee even if you chose regular airmail as shipping method.
If the package is over 2kg
or over 60cm size,
we can not ship by air mail. Will be shipped by EMS or shipped
with two packages separately.

Refunds
and Exchanges
If you receive the item
which is exactly different you purchased, we accept returned
items. We will send you a replacement. Please email us within
3 days after you receive the items. Only unused items and
please send item back to me.
If the item is not the one you expected, like colour, size
or shape, we accept return but can not refund shipping fees.
Please send it back within a week after you received the item
in the same condition when you received-unused. Buyer is responsible
for return postage cost. After we received the item, I will
refund money. Please contact me before send it back.
If
items were damaged in transit, you can logde damaged report
to Post office. But this is only for the shipping by registered
airmail. registered SAL or EMS. Without a registration, we
can not take a responsibility for lost and damaded items,

pictures on our web site. We can not refund full amount money
in this case.
