At this site, all you do is to click 'add cart' button when you find the item you would like to buy.

If you would like to purchase or see other items, click 'Continue shopping' button.
After finishing your shopping, please click checkout button on an order form.Please fill in your billing information, your name, address and email address.
and then choose shipping method and payment method. Click continue button.

You will see all your shopping information. If you are ready to end the shopping now., by clicking 'Submit Order' , the order is completed. *Your shopping does not complete unless you click 'Submit Order', so please be assured.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation mail. If you don't receive it, your order is not completed. Please email us or try ordering again.
You will receive a final invoice with a shipping fee within 24 hours after your oder.

We will send you a shipping information once your package is posted. If you don't received any emails after your payment within 3 days, please contact us.

If you are not going to purchase our items, please DO NOT complete the ordering form. If you would like to cancel the order, please kindly email us.

PAYMENT

The payment is required within 3 days after an invoice is sent. No payment or no contact within 5 days, your order will be cancelled automatically. We won't accept your order next time in this case.

If you are in Australia, you can deposit to our ANZ Bank account.
You will receive our bank account details and invoice with AU$ by email.
The total will be convert into AU$ with the average of rate (not exact rate of that day you ordered).

-International Postal Money Order (US$).

IPMO is a service provided by the post office.
Visit your post office, and tell them you'd like to have your payment remitted to Japan by IPMO. and make your IPMO payable to:Naomi Tagooka

No tracking number and insurance:
No guarantee to ship the replacement or refund for the lost

Registered Air Mail 5-10 business days

With a registration (tracking number) but no insurance:
Your parcel will be tracked when it is lost. In the event that registered mail is lost or damaged, you may claim compensation in an amount not exceeding \6000 (US$60).

Economy SAL Air 2-3 weeks

No tracking number and insurance:
No guarantee to ship the replacement or refund for the lost.
Please ask us if you would like us to ship by SAL.

Economy Registered SAL Air 2-3 weeks

With a registration (tracking number) but no insurance:
Your parcel will be tracked when it is lost. In the event that registered SAL is lost or damaged, you may claim compensation in an amount not exceeding \6000 (US$60).
Please ask us if you would like us to ship by registered SAL.

EMS 3-5 business days

Highest grade of shipping. With a registration and insurance:
In the event that EMS parcel is lost or damaged, you may claim compensation in full of amount you paid (for items and postage).
Please ask us if you would like us to ship by EMS.


● We highly recommend registered air mail/ economy SAL or insured EMS shipping, for the packages can be traced by the tracking site immediatey.

We will post your items next business days typically if we stock the items.
For our original items, such as bags or Jewelry, in case we don't stock the items, we have to make them after your order. It will take a few days.

Important!
We can not ship by regular air mail if your purchase is
over $50 purchase. please choose registered air mail, registered SAL or EMS. We will send you an invoice with registered air mail shipping fee even if you chose regular air mail as shipping method.

If the package is over 2kg or over 60cm size, we can not ship by air mail. Only EMS is available.

FAQ

Q1) Are there any problems of wooden Kokeshi dolls in Australian quarantine?

-We have sent many kokeshi dolls to Australia but never had any problems. These dolls are made by special process to dry wood and paint.

Q2) Can I have combined postage if I buy more than 1 item?

-Yes, we discount postage for multiple items. Also we set up postage cheapper to compare with ebay items.
EX) For 2 medium weight kokeshi dolls, each $10 by regular air mail, $20--->$16
If you would like to know exact postage, please send us a list of items what you would like to buy before your purchase.

Q3) I would like to buy items from both ebay and online store. Can you combined my order?

-Yes, please tell us the items which you would like to buy on ebay before bidding. We will add that items on your final invoice with a discount postage.

Q4) Do I have to pay custom tax when the item arrive?

-Customs might charge duty and taxes on item according with the end price. For more information, I recommend you contact your local organizations relating to duties and taxes issue. Each country has different systems.
